  • Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
    We currently ship within the UK. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, while Next Day delivery (if selected) arrives the following working day once dispatched.

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Layali&Co. is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase.

Returns

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used kits.

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at Layaliandco.1@gmail.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return or issue is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
